About this tour
Foshan is where Wing Chun was born — and where three of its most famous sons, Ip Man, Bruce Lee and Wong Fei-hung, left their mark.
This private two-day tour takes you through the Ancestral Temple, the Ip Man Memorial Hall and Bruce Lee's ancestral home in Shunde, with a hands-on Wing Chun lesson and a lion dance performance along the way. You travel with your own licensed guide and private vehicle throughout, stay one night in a five-star hotel, and eat where the locals eat — three main meals are included.

Frequently asked
Can I book this tour for just one person?
Yes. This is a private tour and we quote from one traveller upwards — there is no minimum group size. A single traveller pays the one-person rate; the price per person falls as the group grows.
Is the tour suitable for children?
It is. The Wing Chun lesson is gentle and instructors are used to beginners of all ages. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will tailor the pace. The tour is not suitable for travellers with mobility impairments.
Do I need any martial arts experience?
None at all. The lesson is an introduction: basic hand techniques, footwork and posture. Loose, comfortable clothing is all you need — we can arrange a change of clothes at the school if you prefer.
Where exactly do you pick up?
Any address inside the pickup area in Foshan city. You confirm the exact address after booking and the guide meets you at the door. Drop-off is at the same point unless you ask for somewhere else.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure and you pay nothing — we do not take payment up front. Inside 24 hours, charges may apply depending on what has already been booked for you.
Do you need my passport details before the tour?
For the hotel check-in we need the names and ID or passport details of every traveller. Send them to us before departure and check-in takes a couple of minutes.
